How do I change my payment amount?

Some Flexible Payble plan types allow users to specify a custom amount paid in each instalment, this article attempts to explain how a user can update the amount paid in each instalment.

It's important to note that not every plan has the option to edit the payment amount, and at times you may still be required to pay over this amount to ensure that all due amounts are paid by the due dates.

How-to

Log into Payble by either following the QR code on your rates notice, the link in a previous text message from us. 

If you aren't redirected to the homepage / can't see a list of your current & previous instalment plans, click the logo at the top of the screen to be taken to the home page. 

Click View details under the relevant plan.

From the Options tap the Update Payment Amount option.

Enter the new amount you would like to pay on each instalment moving forward, and then click 'Update Payment Amount' to confirm your changes.
