How do I remove a payment method?
This guide explains how to remove a payment method from your Payble profile.
Before you get started
- You cannot remove a payment method if it’s linked to an active payment plan.
- If needed, add a new payment method and update your plan before continuing - add a new payment method
How-to
Sign in to your Payble profile.
You must use the same authentication method as was used to create the payment methods/plans.
You’ll see a list of your active and past payment plans.
If you’re on another page, click your bill provider’s logo at the top to return home.
From the Menu button, select Payment methods.
A listing of your payment methods will appear.
Next, click Options, and then Remove Payment Method.
A view showing your profile details will appear, and the payment methods. It's important to note that you may not be able to remove a payment method if it is attached to an active plan.
Click the Remove button to remove the payment method.
