How do I remove a payment method?
This guide explains how to remove a payment method from your Payble profile. 

Before you get started

• You cannot remove a payment method if it’s linked to an active payment plan.
  
• If needed, add a new payment method and update your plan before continuing - add a new payment method

How-to

Sign in to your Payble profile.

• You must use the same authentication method as was used to create the payment methods/plans.

• You’ll see a list of your active and past payment plans.

• If you’re on another page, click your bill provider’s logo at the top to return home.

From the Menu button, select Payment methods.

A listing of your payment methods will appear.

Next, click Options, and then Remove Payment Method.

A view showing your profile details will appear, and the payment methods. It's important to note that you may not be able to remove a payment method if it is attached to an active plan. 

Click the Remove button to remove the payment method.
