How do I request a refund if I have overpaid?
All refunds are handled directly through your Council.
Payble is unable to facilitate a refund on your behalf, as Payble processes payments but does not hold or manage council funds.
To request a refund, you will need to contact your Council directly. This can be done from within the Payble application by clicking the Help button in the top right corner and then expanding the Contact Council section. From there, you will find the relevant contact details for your Council to raise your refund request. Response times may vary depending on your Council.
